He takes up his post at the start of the new year and comes from Mammut Sports Group, where he was Head of Retail. He takes over the role in a modified form from René Rechsteiner, who has been heading the Sales Europe division on an interim basis. In this context, responsibilities in the regions and in sales will also be reorganized. In future, those responsible for the Europe, USA and Asia/Franchise regions will report directly to the CEO. The country managers in the European region (Switzerland, Germany, Austria, UK and, in the future, France) will report directly to Dominik Winkler. Proven retail professional Dominik Winkler is a proven retail expert. The textile business economist was already entrepreneurially active in the sports sector before his studies. This was followed by sales assignments with well-known premium producers, particularly in the textile sector. He worked for Escada in Munich for five years and then as Director Retail at Rena Lange. This was followed by positions of responsibility with well-known brands such as Villeroy & Boch, Wolford and Etienne Aigner. Before joining Mammut, the native German spent eight years as Division Head Retail and Member of the Executive Board at Munich-based sports and lifestyle company Willy Bogner.     Bilten, September 13, 2022 –The Swiss chocolatier Läderach became the target of a cyber attack on 5 September. Immediately after the attack was detected, the emergency board established for such cases was deployed to verify the incident as well as to decide on further measures to contain the problem. The responsible authorities were informed immediately. We published a press release on 6 September Läderach | Läderach affected by cyber attack | chocolatier suisse (laderach.com) Production, logistics and administration were initially affected, but have almost fully resumed their work. All branches in Switzerland and abroad are still open as usual, and customers are not feeling any adverse effects. The full extent of the impact is still under investigation. The Emergency Board, together with external IT and forensic experts, is working at full speed to further analyse and eliminate the problems. We are in close coordination with the supervisory and investigative authorities. We are herewith notifying individuals residing in Switzerland and in the EU and who have been previously employed by Läderach. In particular, personal data of employees may have been accessed without authorization, and Läderach is taking measures to avoid potential damages to our current and former employees. The relevant authorities were informed immediately. As of today, it can be said that production, logistics and administration in particular are currently affected. On the other hand, all branches in Switzerland and abroad have been able to open regularly, and local sales have not been affected. Online orders via the webshop are still possible, but there may be delays in delivery. The full extent of the impact is subject to further investigation. As a precautionary measure, the use of internal work tools and communication channels has been reduced to a necessary minimum.     The third generation is taking over the operational reins at the Läderach family business in Glarus. Johannes Läderach (born 1986), the eldest son of entrepreneur Jürg Läderach, will be appointed CEO of the Läderach Group on 1 March 2018. Ralph Siegl, who has been Managing Director at the Swiss parent company for many years, is leaving the company to pursue a new career.
