World Chocolate Master Elias Läderach focuses on freshness and the highest quality ingredients for his Dubai chocolate.
The Dubai Chocolate, Reimagined
While Dubai Chocolate has captured global attention, FrischSchoggi Dubai takes the trend to new heights with Läderach’s signature commitment to freshness and the highest quality ingredients sourced from around the world. Hand-crafted with meticulous attention to detail, this masterpiece features:
-
· A creamy, crunchy core of roasted pistachio, interwoven with kataifi filo (angel hair) dough, enveloped in the finest fresh Swiss milk couverture
-
· Vibrant pistachio chocolate stripes hand - decorated onto each FrischSchoggi slab, paying homage to its Middle Eastern inspiration
The result is not just another Dubai chocolate—it’s a celebration of Läderach’s legacy of quality and innovation. Due to the exclusivity of the product, only limited stock is available each day to ensure as many shoppers as possible can enjoy the product during its exclusive run, meaning customers are only allowed to buy up one full slab of 100g per person per day.
FrischSchoggi Zurich
Drawing inspiration from quintessential Swiss flavors, this new innovation will launch exactly a week after FrischSchoggi Dubai in the same 23 stores, from 14 December 2024. Showcasing a creamy and crunchy core made with a blend of yoghurt, apple, and strawberry pieces, this Bircher Museli-inspired fruity filling is texturally complemented by rocher almonds, blackberry powder, puffed spelt, and wafer slivers, all enveloped in rich dark and milk couverture. The FrischSchoggi Zurich edition embodies Läderach’s Swiss heritage, reinterpreting the global chocolate trend with local authenticity. This launch celebrates the craftsmanship and creativity that makes FrischSchoggi a true icon, and customers can look forward to a fresh, indulgent experience that pays homage to the flavors of Switzerland.
Inspired by Birchermüesli, FrischSchoggi Zürich impresses with its freshness and high-quality ingredients such as yoghurt, apple and strawberry pieces, complemented by Rocher almonds, blackberry powder, puffed spelt and wafer slivers, coated in a rich dark and milk couverture.
FrischSchoggi
Unlike mass-produced chocolate, Läderach prioritizes high-quality, natural ingredients. Its signature FrischSchoggi (fresh chocolate) promises unmatched freshness with each hand-made slab, as the brand controls the entire process, from sourcing cocoa beans to crafting the final product.
