The inclusion of fruit in some of our chocolate products is not a mere coincidence. The combination of fruit and chocolate has always been a delightful pairing, a fact well-known to our master chocolatiers. The synergy between fruit and chocolate is due to the ability of chocolate to balance the acidity in fruits like oranges and kiwis, while simultaneously enhancing the sweetness in fruits that may not always be as sweet, such as cherries and apples.

A cornerstone of the Läderach philosophy is that our chocolate products should only contain the finest ingredients available. This is equally true for our chocolate fruit, where we blend delicious Swiss chocolate with fruits and berries like strawberries, raspberries, and cranberries.

We collaborate closely with our cocoa bean farmers to ensure that we can trace the raw cocoa bean’s journey from field to finished product. This provides us with a unique insight into the quality of our raw material. The fruits we use in our chocolate are responsibly sourced from our partners and are of the highest quality.

For our Swiss milk chocolate products with fruit, we only use Alpine milk from contented cows. This results in our chocolate with fruit being exceptionally creamy and delicious.

All our chocolate with fruit is crafted in Switzerland by our master chocolatiers. We continue to handcraft many of our chocolate products, ensuring the high quality that Läderach chocolate is recognized and cherished for all around the world.
