Delivery Information

Our estimated delivery times in the United Kingdom is approximately 1-3 working days

Delivery times might vary depending on the time of the year, delivery area and Royal Mail strikes that happen periodically.

Orders placed by 12pm will be dispatched on the same day from Monday to Friday, and orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or over the weekend, will be dispatched the following working day. There will be no fulfilment or shipment of orders on Bank Holidays.

Delivery cost to countries of the United Kingdom

• Deliveries within the UK are free of shipping costs from a goods value of GBP 60.00
• Shipping & handling fee for goods value below GBP 60.00: GBP 7.50
• Postage: Royal Mail Tracked Service

*Note: The maximum weight of deliveries to these countries is 5kg.

We are eager to deliver Läderach products in a perfect condition. Nevertheless, our products can be subject to damages due the transportation and the delivery. In such a case, please contact us at [email protected] in order to find a solution together. If everything is delivered to your satisfaction, we would be pleased to receive some positive feedback.

Terms of Delivery

Deliveries are made worldwide according to six shipping/delivery zones: Switzerland/Liechtenstein via Online Shop Switzerland, Europe via Online Shop EU, United Kingdom via Online Shop UK, USA via Online Shop USA, Canada via Online Shop CA and other countries please select here.

Läderach online shop shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond its control, e.g. force majeure, traffic congestion, severe weather conditions or the unusual, unexpected holding of the goods by customs authorities, and such events shall not entitle the customer to withdraw from the purchase contract or claim compensation.

If not all the products ordered are in stock, Läderach online shop is entitled to make part-deliveries.

If the goods cannot be delivered through the fault of the customer, Läderach online shop shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract after three attempts at delivery. No refunds for unsuccessful deliveries (non-collection, incorrect shipping address…).

Countries of Delivery

We use Royal Mail Tracked services for all UK deliveries. We are able to deliver to most addresses within the United Kingdom, including mainland England, Wales, Scotland, and the Isle of Wight.

Deliveries to Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man are also possible but may take longer due to postal handling and customs requirements. Some remote areas in Scotland and the islands may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Payment

Cash on account.
Payment deadline : Immediately after receipt of the invoice.
