Here at Läderach, we love chocolate of all colors but we do have a particular love for dark chocolate. Our Dark Chocolate Versions

Our love for dark chocolate manifests itself in a variety of delicious products. For instance our dark chocolate bars that come in three different percentages:

- Grand cru 64%

- Grand cru 70%

- Grand cru 80%

Each with their unique aroma and flavor and the pure taste of dark chocolate. The percentage of the dark chocolate indicates the amount of cocoa content in the product. The higher the percentage the higher the amount of cocoa in the chocolate. Our Grand Cru chocolates come from countries distinctively known for their high quality cocoa beans: Ecuador, Trinidad and Madagascar.

Besides our pure dark chocolate bars we also create a lot of different products in dark chocolate. You can taste our dark chocolate in products such as:
