    Experienced retail expert joins from Mammut and becomes member of the Executive Board Previous positions at Bogner, Wolford, Villeroy & Boch and Escada Responsibilities adjusted - Europe, USA and Asia regions report directly to CEO Johannes Läderach Bilten, 24 November 2022 – Dominik Winkler (54) will become Head of Europe & Global Sales Management and thus also a member of the Group Management of the renowned chocolate retailer from the canton of Glarus. He takes up his post at the start of the new year and comes from Mammut Sports Group, where he was Head of Retail. He takes over the role in a modified form from René Rechsteiner, who has been heading the Sales Europe division on an interim basis. In this context, responsibilities in the regions and in sales will also be reorganized. In future, those responsible for the Europe, USA and Asia/Franchise regions will report directly to the CEO. The country managers in the European region (Switzerland, Germany, Austria, UK and, in the future, France) will report directly to Dominik Winkler. Proven retail professional Dominik Winkler is a proven retail expert. The textile business economist was already entrepreneurially active in the sports sector before his studies. This was followed by sales assignments with well-known premium producers, particularly in the textile sector. He worked for Escada in Munich for five years and then as Director Retail at Rena Lange. This was followed by positions of responsibility with well-known brands such as Villeroy & Boch, Wolford and Etienne Aigner.   • Läderach affected by cyber attack
    Bilten, September 6, 2022 – Swiss chocolatier Läderach became the target of a cyber attack on September 5. Immediately after the attack was detected, the emergency board, which was established for such cases, was commissioned to verify the incident as well as to decide on further measures to contain the problem. The relevant authorities were informed immediately. As of today, it can be said that production, logistics and administration in particular are currently affected. On the other hand, all branches in Switzerland and abroad have been able to open regularly, and local sales have not been affected. Online orders via the webshop are still possible, but there may be delays in delivery. The full extent of the impact is subject to further investigation. As a precautionary measure, the use of internal work tools and communication channels has been reduced to a necessary minimum.
