Every time there is a new arrival to our chocolate universe we make a big deal out of it. Whether it is a new type of dark chocolate bar, a new beautiful and delicate praline or a new FrischSchoggi flavor - they all deserve celebration and fuss. Once we are finished with the fanfares and the confetti has settled on the floor, we will add it to our selection of delicious chocolate.

Master chocolatiers at play
All of our new arrivals have been thought out by our master chocolatiers, who are among the best in the world to create delicious chocolates of all types. When they use their creativity to create their little masterpieces, we all get a little bit excited. And not only because we all get to taste them. Each new arrival includes hours and hours spent on putting together the right flavors and designing the most beautiful and aesthetically pleasing piece of chocolate.

Our mouth watering chocolate is known and loved all over the world for its freshness, deliciousness and for that melt in your mouth sensation. This can only be achieved through meticulous work and dedication from all of us. It is worth it all when we see the results and the happiness on our customers’ faces when they have a taste of one of our chocolates.

When our master chocolatiers are at play you never know what they will come up with. But you can be absolutely sure that whatever they create it will be tasty, delicious and beautiful all the way.

Did you know we also have vegan chocolate?
Did you know that a lot of chocolate products are in fact vegan? Dark chocolate for instance does not contain any dairy products and is by nature vegan. But we know that vegans also love the feeling of a creamy piece of light chocolate so we have created our own version of a vegan milk chocolate. Instead of any dairy products this chocolate contains a drink made with cashew nuts which delivers the same result as the Alpine milk we usually use to create milk chocolate with. Made in Switzerland with only the best ingredients
We are continuously creating and experimenting with new tastes, new combinations and new recipes for our chocolates. One of our core values is that all of our chocolate must be created with only the finest ingredients. We do not cut any corners here at Läderach. That is why we use Alpine milk for our milk chocolates and locally sourced cocoa beans from farmers that we have a close relationship with. Nothing is left to coincidences and every step of the way, from cocoa bean to the finished piece of chocolate, is transparent.

We are located in Switzerland where all of our chocolate is created and produced. This ensures the highest possible quality and it also gives us the right to call all of our chocolate Swiss chocolate. Swiss chocolate is some of the best chocolate there is and that is because of the ingredients that go into making it. With Swiss chocolate you get that mouth watering sensation of chocolate slowly melting in your mouth. The rich creaminess of both the dark chocolate and our milk chocolate is unrivaled anywhere in the world.
